Race Dates and Points Awarded
The points will be as follows: All points are based on trapping order.
November 23, 2008 150 miles 1st 100 pts, 2nd 99 pts, 3rd 98 pts, ... 100th 1pt.
November 30, 2008 220 miles 1st 125 pts, 2nd 124 pts, 3rd 123 pts, ... 125th 1pt.
November 7, 2008 280 miles 1st 125 pts, 2nd 124 pts, 3rd 123 pts, ... 125th
1pt.
December 14, 2008 330 miles 1st 150 pts, 2nd 149 pts, 3rd 149 pts, ... 150th
1pt.
Entry fee: $400, 1 bird ($300 prize, $100 perch) each bird, if more than 4 birds are entering
5th bird no perch feet paid. The total entry fee is required for each bird that
remains in one hundred miles trainning.
Send birds from April 1 to June 30.
All birds will have their 9th & 10th flight pulled and grown in prior to
training.
All birds will be vaccinate and medicated.
Birds will be inventoried every week, in case of lost you will be notified
immediately.
Race birds training and management will be handled by Jesus Valle and Ivan
Perez.
Miami International Challenge will auction the first 15 birds of the 330 miles
race plus the first 10 champion birds on I-Pigeon. The money from the auction
shall be split with 50% going to the owner, and 50% going to the Miami
International Challenge.
The First Drop will split their payout positions. After
the First Drop, all remaining Prizes will be paid by their position in the
clock.
Champion Bird - points accumulated from the 4 races. Highest position on the 330
miles breaks tie.
All pigeons that have not had their Race Fees paid prior to the 100 miles
training, shall become the property of the Miami International Challenge to be
auctioned.
A special tour in Miami will be available. Please, call for resevations.
